Information

Payments

All accommodation for less than 4 weeks must be paid in full prior to key collection. Accommodation for over 4 weeks can be paid on 4 weekly intervals.

Bookings

Are accepted with credit card details. Bookings cancelled 7 days before arrival are refunded in full. Bookings cancelled within the last 7 nights before arrival will incur a two nights charge, cancellation fee. After you start your occupancy we require 7 days notice for any amendments to your stay, which includes extension of stay or early departure.

Services

Housekeeping is done once a week. Bed linen and towels are provided. Any extra housekeeping required will be charged separately.

Telephone Services

We provide local calls free of charge. STD, International and mobile calls are charged at Telstra rates on departure or once a month. The charges will be plus GST and plus a $20.00 administration fee.

Security Deposits

We request credit card details on arrival. Any breakages, extra cleaning or telephone charges will be charged to this card after your departure if necessary.

Check in/out

Earliest check in time is 2pm and latest check out time is 10am unless agreed differently with management.

Parking

All apartments include one security parking. Additional Parking can be arranged on some apartments.

Internet

Dialup internet access is available from all apartments. Some apartments have Broadband access. An extra charge of $22.00 per week applies to all Broadband access users.

Gym/Swimming Pool

Most apartments have Gym, swimming pool, spa and steam room available for use.
